We are a local and trusted family owned construction company that has decades of combined experience. As remedial building specialists we tackle the most difficult of building projects, ranging across all sizes and construction types. We tackle projects many others aren’t confident to take on. In most cases there are no plans or instructions to remediate a building so we develop strategies that we know work.

Our story

It all begins with passion and a vision. As a humble young tradesman I travelled the world working on fragile buildings that were hundreds of years old. This provided great insight into how the environment and time can impact structures. It also opened my eyes to some of the remarkable technologies that were being developed overseas, and the possibilities this could bring to our Australian market. Fast forward many decades, countless hours of sweat and hard work, and we are now leading experts in remedial building works. We have advanced to now importing some of the most progressive technological equipment in the country. We still love the challenge of a new project and the satisfaction it brings to our clients.

Who we help

Our clients are often in need of advanced building maintenance, waterproofing and concrete cancer remedial works, building repairs, total rebuilds, or simply building audit reports and advice.

Licences

We have the relevant qualifications and licences to carry out all services. We hold a current NSW Builder’s Licence and are a Certified Building Practitioner allowing us to work on Class 2 buildings. We also hold all the relevant insurances to undertake this complex work.

What is a Certified Building Practitioner?

If you want to oversee building work on a Class 2 building you must be a Certified Building Practitioner. Class 2 buildings are usually multi-storey, multi-unit apartment buildings or mix-use buildings (shops and apartments). Practitioners are responsible for making building compliance declarations and lodging documents.
