The following was actioned:

~ Fault finding and leak identification
~ Repair of leaking balconies
~ Leaking doors and windows sealed
~ Repair of leaking doors and windows
~ Repair of leaking roofs and box gutters
~ Repair of rotting timber frames and claddings
~ Injecting leaking concrete with polyurethane injection resin

Because of the technical design, we had to dissect various parts of the building and put them back together in a way so the defects would not reoccur. This was no easy feat given there is no rule book for building remediation. We had to draw upon our years of expertise to deliver a high quality, yet cost effective solution. Through perseverance and a close working relationship with the client, all works were carried out successfully resolving years of hassle.
